To help us investigate faster, please include your device model, operating system version, Anything version, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include private inventory data unless it is necessary.
Your inventory, locations, photos, notes, tags, and scan results are stored on your devices and, when enabled, in your own private iCloud. Anything does not collect or upload your user data.
Open Anything Settings and enable iCloud Sync. Make sure your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is available. CloudKit synchronization may take some time depending on the system and network.
The free version supports up to 30 items. Anything Pro removes this limit and also unlocks additional advanced features.
The free version supports up to 10 locations, including child locations. Anything Pro removes this limit.
Anything Pro unlocks unlimited items and locations, Mac–iPhone collaboration, remote scanning, OCR, NFC features, batch import, and batch scanning. It is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.
Open Anything Settings, open the Anything Pro page, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are restored through the App Store using the Apple Account associated with the original purchase.
Make sure your device is signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open the Pro page and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, restart the app and contact support.
Make sure Anything has access to the camera or photo library, depending on the feature you are using. Use adequate lighting, keep the text or barcode in focus, and make sure your device supports the required system capability.
Collaboration must be enabled in Settings on the participating device. Keep the Mac and iPhone nearby, allow the connection request, and make sure both devices are available. Collaboration transfers only the information required for the action you start.
