本协议是您与 Anything 开发者之间关于使用 Anything 应用及相关功能的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意本协议。
1. 服务说明
Anything 提供个人物品、位置、条码、照片、OCR、NFC、导入导出、iCloud 同步及设备间协同等功能。功能可能因操作系统、设备、权限和 Apple 服务状态而不同。
2. 免费版与 Anything Pro
免费版最多支持 30 项物品和 10 个位置（包括子位置），并支持 iCloud 多端同步，但不支持设备间协同。Anything Pro 为一次性非消耗性购买，购买后可解锁无限物品和位置、设备间协同、远程扫描、OCR、NFC、批量导入及批量扫描等 Pro 功能。
3. 购买与恢复
购买由 Apple App Store 处理。价格以购买页面显示的当地货币和金额为准，并可能因地区税费或 Apple 政策而不同。您可以在应用内使用“恢复购买”；退款、支付和账单问题应按 Apple 的退款和购买支持流程处理。
4. 数据与备份边界
Anything 不收集任何用户数据。您负责确认数据准确并妥善保存导出文件。您的数据只存储在您的设备和私人 iCloud 中；iCloud 同步依赖 Apple CloudKit 和您的 Apple 账户，我们无法恢复被您或系统删除的数据。
5. 合理使用
您不得利用本应用从事违法活动、侵犯他人权利、传播恶意内容、干扰 Apple 服务或尝试绕过购买验证和功能限制。我们可以在必要时限制明显滥用的功能访问。
6. 系统服务
本应用调用 Apple 的 App Store、StoreKit、CloudKit、系统相机、照片库、NFC、地图和通知等系统服务，但 Anything 不收集这些服务中的用户数据。相关系统服务的可用性和规则由 Apple 负责。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。对于因设备故障、权限设置、数据误删、iCloud 或其他第三方服务中断、识别结果不准确或不可预见事件造成的间接损失，在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担责任。
8. 条款变更
我们可能更新本协议。更新后的协议将在本页面发布，并以页面日期为准。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的协议。

Anything Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Anything app and related features. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Anything provides personal inventory, locations, barcodes, photos, OCR, NFC, import/export, iCloud synchronization and device collaboration. Features may vary with your operating system, device, permissions and Apple service availability.
2. Free version and Anything Pro
The free version supports up to 30 items and 10 locations, including child locations, and includes iCloud multi-device synchronization but not device collaboration. Anything Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It unlocks unlimited items and locations, collaboration, remote scanning, OCR, NFC, batch import and batch scanning.
3. Purchases and restoration
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. The price is the local amount shown at purchase and may vary due to regional taxes or Apple policies. You may use “Restore Purchases” in the App. Refunds, payment and billing issues are handled under Apple’s support and refund procedures.
4. Data and backup boundaries
Anything collects no user data. You are responsible for data accuracy and for keeping exported files safe. Your data is stored only on your devices and in your private iCloud. iCloud synchronization depends on Apple CloudKit and your Apple Account; we cannot recover data deleted by you or the system.
5. Fair use
You may not use the App unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with Apple services, or bypass purchase verification and feature limits. We may restrict access when necessary to address clear abuse.
6. System services
The App calls Apple system services including the App Store, StoreKit, CloudKit, camera, photo library, NFC, maps and notifications, but Anything does not collect user data from these services. Their availability and rules are governed by Apple.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, permissions, accidental deletion, iCloud or third-party outages, inaccurate recognition results or unforeseeable events.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page and identified by its date. Continued use of the App means that you accept the updated Terms.
