Welcome to FrameDuo. These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and the FrameDuo developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the FrameDuo application and related features. Please read these terms carefully. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
FrameDuo is a dual-camera video recording app designed to help users record videos using supported device cameras. The app may provide recording layouts such as Picture-in-Picture and split-screen modes, real-time preview, audio recording, video export, and additional creator tools.
FrameDuo does not require you to create an account.
Dual-camera recording requires a device that supports Apple’s MultiCam technology. Some features, camera combinations, recording formats, frame rates, audio modes, and layout options may vary depending on your device model, iOS version, hardware capabilities, and system conditions.
If your device does not support required camera capabilities, some or all dual-camera recording features may be unavailable.
Videos, audio, metadata, and other media that you create using FrameDuo are your content. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to record, save, edit, or share it.
You agree not to use FrameDuo to create, store, or distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
FrameDuo may request access to your camera, microphone, Photos library, and optional location services. These permissions are used to provide recording, preview, export, saving, and optional metadata features.
You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
FrameDuo may provide a free set of recording features. Certain advanced features may be limited based on device capability, app configuration, or Pro access status.
Free features and limits may change over time as we improve app performance, compatibility, and stability.
FrameDuo may offer an optional Pro upgrade as a one-time lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. FrameDuo Pro may unlock advanced features, including but not limited to:
FrameDuo Pro is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Actual pricing is shown in the app and may vary by country or region.
If you have purchased FrameDuo Pro, you may restore your purchase using the Restore Purchases option in the app. Purchase restoration is handled by Apple through the App Store and requires the Apple Account associated with the original purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. To request a refund, please visit Apple’s support website or use the purchase history associated with your Apple Account.
Video recording depends on device performance, available storage, battery level, camera availability, thermal conditions, iOS behavior, and other system factors. We recommend confirming that your device has sufficient storage and battery before recording important content.
Although FrameDuo is designed to record and save videos reliably, we cannot guarantee that every recording will succeed under all device or system conditions.
FrameDuo does not provide cloud backup for your recordings. Once recordings are saved to your Photos library or exported to your device, you are responsible for backing up, managing, and preserving your media files.
You agree not to misuse FrameDuo, including but not limited to using the app to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, record people without required consent, bypass app restrictions, interfere with app operation, or use automated tools to exploit app functionality.
FrameDuo is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to failed recordings, lost media, export errors, device incompatibility, inaccurate metadata, or interruption of system services.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from FrameDuo at any time. Feature availability may depend on app version, iOS version, device capability, App Store availability, and technical constraints.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any material updates will be announced within the app or take effect through modification of this page. Your continued use of FrameDuo after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Your use of FrameDuo and any App Store purchases are also subject to applicable Apple terms and policies, including Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules regarding downloads, purchases, restoration, and refunds.
